Now that was a funny story :) lol My mama made goulosh probably once a week. She always sprinkled a lil sugar in hers. Probably cause her mama did :) We always had good ol bread n butter with it :p xo

How much sodium in the seasonings you added?

I grew up eating goulash and make it frequently, but unfortunately have to leave out the green peppers. Have family member whose stomach can't handle peppers.

Some people don't know about one pot meals boil your neck bones first then put the cabbage boil your ribs first put your fresh string bean in and cut up your potatoes put it in the pot best old school cooking 😊

My mother used to cook goulash all the time it was good to me these kids don't know about that goulash❤

My neighbor's think is strange when I opened up all the windows in my house. I am from the deep south of Mississippi and my mother and grandmother, whenever the weather would become warm, the windows went up. So, when I moved to Texas, I kept up the tradition and I love to smell the fresh air circulating throughout the house. After mother moved us from the country to the big city, we moved into a new house my older siblings had built for us and although our house had a laundry room with a washer and dryer, mother would still hang the clothes on the line, that tradition, I didn't follow lol! Neither not using the dishwasher, I hate washing dishes, but I love a clean kitchen, so in the dishwasher the dishes go. I love the wisdom my mother and grandmother taught me, one was, never forget where you came from, who it was that brought you (God) and be thankful for what you have, even the little things, be grateful! They wouldn't believe that both of our children live in half a million-dollar homes, with swimming pools in their backyards, we taught them and now our four grandsons...be grateful, God is good!
